Pardon our dust…
I’m working on a WordPress version of this site to learn some new skills for a college class. The messy look should vastly improve over the next few weeks!

Axolotl

Why hello there!
I have been a fan of axolotls for a number of years, having discovered them on Craftster when their plight as an extinct-in-the-wild species became more well known. Like many, I am charmed by their big round eyes, wide mouths and cute, salamanderish bodies. They stay forever in their aquatic “baby” forms, always adorable. While they can be bred in captivity, their fragility and human intervention in their native environment has rendered them extinct in the wild.
This sweetie pie has large, shiny eyes, stubby little legs (they help her stand, since she can’t swim) and bright pink colors. She’s found her home with a sweet girl who loves axolotls almost as much as I do.
Axolotl’s pattern was designed by Kelsey Wright.
- Fluffy pink fronds
- Pretty tailfin
- Stubby legs!

Chubby Flamingo

No standing on these scrawny legs!
- Chunky belleh
- But where’s the water gone?
Say hello to a chubby little flamingo friend! This project was made for participation in a Crochet-Along on Ravelry, and I had so much fun with her! She’s delightfully chubby, and although not at all able to stand up, she plops quite well on a shelf. Her little beak and round little head make me smile.
Flamingo’s pattern was designed by Amanda Maciel. She is currently for sale in the shop.

Sleepy fox

A tiny fox kit!
This little sleepy fox was a commission-trade. I made him for a young entrepreneur selling homemade cake bites. Worth every stitch! (They were delicious.) I love how the shape of his little head came out. I hope to make more for the shop at some point (will have to double check the EULA for this pattern).
Sleepy Fox’s pattern was designed by The Nerdy Knitter.

Soooo sleepy.

Audrey Gazelle

Audrey Gazelle
- Sweet face
- Back view
- Intricate colorwork
Meet sweet Audrey Gazelle. I am in love. She is stuffed firmly, with a round little head that just fits in the palm of your hand and a huggable body. She was a joy to make. I know that she will find a wonderful home, and I can’t wait to make her more friends from this book!
Audrey’s pattern was designed by Yan Schenkel, from the book Animal Friends of Pica Pau. She is currently for sale in the shop.
