The Big Book of Little Amigurumi

Ana’s books are the first ones I discovered as a brand-new amigurumist, way back in 2009. Her first three, Amigurumi World!, Amigurumi Two, and Amigurumi Toy Box, have been combined into one amazing volume of patterns, The Big Book of Little Amigurumi.
As a new crocheter, I found amigurumi to be intimidating and a little scary. Ana’s patterns were (and still are) refreshingly simple and easy to assemble. The toys are adorable, with a unique charm of their own that has never been outshone in the years since its publication, even with the massive explosion in popularity that amigurumi has seen since. Ana Paula Rimoli was a pioneer in the amigurumi art, and she remains a true original.
